Role Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager at Petbarn Busselton, you will support the Store Manager in driving the store's overall success. Your focus will be on creating an excellent customer experience for pet parents and delivering expert advice on pet health, nutrition, and wellness. You will lead, train, and inspire your team to deliver superior service while managing sales targets, maintaining store standards, and controlling costs.

Candidate Profile

• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
• Genuine passion for animals and retail service.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in high-volume retail environments.
• At least one year of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in team leadership promoting engagement and development.
• Patient, approachable, and committed to mentoring and coaching the team.
• Highly organized and detail-focused with a commitment to meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
