Job Overview
The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, screening, and training of new sales agents. This role demands maintaining strong relationships with both staff and clients and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen potential agents to join the sales team.

Candidate Requirements
