Job Overview
Join Hilton's vibrant Hotels team as an Assistant Revenue Manager, where your efforts in balancing group and transient inventories will directly influence both guest satisfaction and financial performance. Your role transcends revenue analysis to create memorable and hospitable experiences for every guest.
Key Duties
- Oversee room inventory and pricing adjustments based on demand fluctuations, including managing group cut-off dates and rate inventories.
- Collaborate with Front Office leadership to execute sellout strategies ensuring optimal daily inventory management.
- Lead weekly revenue management meetings to review booking patterns, pricing tactics, and market prospects.
- Track key revenue indicators, analyze booking velocity, and adjust revenue tactics accordingly for maximum profitability.
- Devise and sustain consistent transient pricing strategies across all sales channels on an annual basis.
- Create and refine revenue and demand forecasts on weekly, monthly, and yearly timelines to maximize hotel revenue.
- Monitor competitor pricing, demand trends, and market activities to inform strategic pricing and inventory decisions.
Qualifications
- Preferably a minimum of five years’ experience managing hospitality revenue analysis roles.
- Degree holder in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in interpreting data, forecasting demand, and optimizing pricing schemes.
- Experienced in revenue management systems (RMS), Excel proficiency, and hotel property management software (PMS).
- Strong understanding of market trends, competitor landscape, and distribution channels.
- Effective communicator capable of engaging stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Strategic thinker with a decisively results-oriented approach.
- Prior exposure to revenue management or hotel operations is advantageous.
