Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities within the design team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage and oversee design schedules and programmes.
• Engage effectively with clients and stakeholders to meet project needs.
• Represent design interests in project meetings.
• Maintain quality and coordination of design outputs.
• Address design-related issues and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Utilize BIM tools and apply design management best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment (HSE) standards and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of pertinent professional experience.
• Currently residing in Dubai.
• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related discipline.
• Possesses strong communication, coordination, and time-management capabilities.
• Available to commence employment on November 1st.
