Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing store operations ensuring smooth functioning.
• Drive sales and manage budget effectively to achieve targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service by attending to customers promptly and courteously.
• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
• Manage, train, and retain store personnel fostering teamwork and high performance.
• Report punctually for assigned shifts and comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Follow assigned work schedules and duty rosters under Store Manager supervision.

• Handle customer inquiries received via phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email effectively, escalating as necessary.
• Maintain and update accurate customer information records.
• Perform floor maintenance and housekeeping tasks to preserve safety and presentation.
• Contribute constructive suggestions to address customer issues and optimize productivity.
• Collaborate with other teams to guarantee excellent customer service and satisfaction.
