Assistant Professor / Assistant Training Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a Training Officer for a reputable college in Bangalore. This role involves delivering both theoretical and practical technical training sessions, assessing trainees, coordinating with industry partners, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and hands-on technical training sessions.
• Perform evaluations of trainee progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with industry stakeholders to align training with market needs.
• Prepare comprehensive training reports and maintain documentation.
• Maintain safety protocols and uphold quality assurance during training.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will hold a B.E. or B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Electronics, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) disciplines with 1 to 5 years of experience in technical training, manufacturing, or industrial operations.

Required Skills

• In-depth technical knowledge relevant to the engineering domain.
• Effective training delivery and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Compensation

The position offers a salary package up to INR 600,000 per annum, equivalent to approximately INR 25,000 to 45,000 monthly.
