Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Producer in the early stages of their career (0-3 years) who is organized, composed in challenging situations, and eager to understand professional video production management. This full-time, onsite position based in Singapore offers an excellent opportunity to grow into a Producer role, confidently managing projects from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support production and creative teams through all production phases.
• In Pre-Production: assist in preparing proposals, budgets, timelines, coordinate recce, call sheets, crew bookings, equipment rentals, gather and clarify client feedback, and track deliverables like scripts and storyboards.
• During Production: maintain smooth shoot operations by managing flow for talent, crew, and clients; monitor schedules to prevent extra overtime; and handle logistical challenges on set.
• In Post-Production: manage version tracking, organize client feedback for editors, monitor deadlines and risks, and coordinate file exports and final delivery formats.
• Provide administrative and financial support by tracking expenses, assisting invoice processing, vendor coordination, and maintaining organized project documentation.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates have 0-3 years experience in video production, agencies, media, or events, with strengths in clear communication, exceptional organization, and attention to detail. They remain calm under pressure, efficiently juggle multiple projects, understand production workflows (pre-production through delivery), and treat urgent matters with measured focus rather than chaos.

Benefits and Salary

Compensation ranges from SGD 2200 to SGD 2800 monthly, inclusive of CPF contributions. The role also offers annual leave, sick leave, childcare leave, and medical reimbursement.
