Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial activities to achieve pharmacy targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive future growth.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are understood and applied fairly throughout the team.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating to the Pharmacy Manager when necessary.
- Deliver exceptional customer care by engaging with customers professionally and empathetically.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in retail management.
