  • Perform change impact, stakeholder, and readiness analyses to foresee risks and aid in planning change efforts.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement through workshops, interviews, focus groups, and other interactive methods.
  • Create high-quality deliverables including communication assets, training programs, presentations, reports, and stakeholder engagement materials.
  • Build and nurture productive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders to facilitate project outcomes.
  • Identify and manage resistance to change, supporting leadership and stakeholders during the transition phases.
  • Participate in project governance by tracking progress, managing risks, and monitoring key actions and dependencies.
  • Contribute to internal growth through methodology refinement, proposal development, knowledge sharing, and practice enhancement within the People & Change team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Possession of a third-level degree with strong academic performance.
  • Demonstrated 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within consulting or corporate settings.
  • Professional certification in Change Management such as Prosci or APMG.
  • Project or Program Management certification like PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Experience in delivering change management practices including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, business readiness, learning programs, and cultural or behavioral change projects.
  • Involvement in complex organizational change and transformation programs.
  • Experience with organizational design, operating model changes or workforce transformation.
  • Development of communication, engagement, and training materials targeted at adoption and readiness.
  • Support of organizational transition and implementation efforts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to produce detailed reports and compelling presentations.
  • Proven collaborative work ethic and successful project contributions or leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines in dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in fostering strong client and network relationships.
