About the Role
Panda Express invites dedicated individuals to join our store leadership team as an Assistant Manager. This role involves overseeing a single restaurant location, with responsibilities ranging from associate hiring and management to driving financial success and ensuring superior guest experiences. We provide over three weeks of paid leadership training to set you up for a successful career with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations of one Panda Express store.
- Recruit, lead, and guide associates to meet company goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage scheduling, staff performance, and store financial objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexibility to relocate within a 50-mile radius of current residence.
- Availability to work varied shifts including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
- Serve Safe certification is required to ensure food safety standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy environment.
- Effective communication skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
