About the Role
Panda Express seeks experienced leaders to join our store management team. We are deeply dedicated to fostering both professional and personal growth of our associates through paid leadership training, mentorship, and a supportive community focused on your success.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in operating a single store, including hiring, managing, and guiding associates to meet financial objectives and provide excellent guest experiences. You will be responsible for contributing to the store's overall success. A structured store leadership training program lasting three or more weeks is provided to prepare you thoroughly.

Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Willingness to relocate within a 50-mile radius of your home
- Availability for flexible schedules including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business demands
- Current Food Safety certification (Serve Safe)
Work Environment & Physical Demands
The workplace environment involves standing for extended durations, handling hot and cold foods, and operating kitchen equipment in often hot, noisy, and confined spaces. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, manage fast-paced tasks accurately, and maintain effective communication, adaptability, and conflict resolution skills under dynamic conditions.

Compensation Details
