About the Role

Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the operation of a single store, including responsibilities such as hiring, supervising, and directing team members to achieve financial goals and maintain outstanding guest experiences. You are responsible for the overall success of your store. A leadership training program lasting three or more weeks will be provided to equip you for success.

Required Qualifications and Preferences

• High school diploma or equivalent mandatory
• Willingness to relocate within a 50-mile radius of current residence if required
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by business needs
• Food Safety certification (Serve Safe) is required

Additional Physical and Environmental Requirements

The work environment involves standing for long periods, exposure to heat and steam, handling of kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Employees must communicate effectively, adapt to a dynamic setting with changing priorities, and manage conflict with professionalism in a fast-paced, noisy workplace with limited storage and high shelving.

Compensation

Pay ranges from $25 to $28 per hour, determined by factors such as work location and experience. Bonus opportunities are discretionary and may be modified or terminated without prior notice.
