About the Role
Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join their store management team. The company is dedicated to both the professional and personal growth of its associates, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and a supportive community committed to your success.
Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you will help oversee the daily functioning of a single store. Your duties include hiring, managing, and guiding associates to meet financial targets and ensure exceptional customer experiences. To prepare for this role, you will complete at least three weeks of paid leadership training in-store.

Candidate Requirements
- High school diploma is mandatory
- Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of home to a different store if required
- Availability for a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs
- Food Safety certification (Serve Safe) is required
Working Conditions and ADA Compliance
The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring employees to stand for prolonged periods, handle hot and cold foods, and use kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knives. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and tolerate high noise levels and heat. Effective communication skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and conflict management capabilities are essential. Compensation Details
The hourly pay range is $24.50 to $27.50, determined by factors such as location and experience. Bonus programs are discretionary and subject to change at the company’s discretion without prior notice.
