About the Position
As an Assistant Manager, you will be an essential member of the restaurant leadership team, partnering with the Restaurant Manager to operate the venue effectively. This hands-on job offers a dynamic work environment where you will lead shifts, support your team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Your responsibilities will include leading by example during shifts, helping manage sales, costs, and overall performance, focusing on customer satisfaction, coaching and motivating your team, fostering an uplifting and inclusive work environment, and stepping up in critical situations.
This role also serves as a stepping stone to becoming a Restaurant Manager, with Assistant Managers usually considered first when promotion opportunities arise.
