Role Purpose and Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing and monitoring active projects to ensure alignment with strategic plans.
- Review and authorize enhancements related to process and system quality certifications.
- Support development and process re-engineering initiatives for products, services, and international branches.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Turnaround Time, error rates, and service level agreements to ensure quality and performance goals are met.
- Implement KPIs and best practices pertinent to the quality control function.
- Operate within granted authority and promote cost efficiency by minimizing waste and optimizing benefits.
- Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with internal departments, external auditors, compliance teams, and customers to facilitate query resolution and meet service agreements.
- Manage safekeeping procedures for client documents, ensuring security and environment protection, including archiving processes.
- Ensure compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements during operational transaction reviews.
- Coordinate and conduct regular meetings and employee training for direct reports to maintain operational excellence.
- Guarantee timely and accurate data reporting to clients and management.
- Provide support to international branches and subsidiaries as required.
Knowledge and Skills
- Stay well-informed of branch operation process developments, controls, audits, quality standards, and regulations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data protection to safeguard sensitive commercial information.
- Possess understanding of financial instruments, asset valuation methods, and market standards.
- Comprehend fund management and mandate administration strategies effectively.
Educational and Experience Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably gained at a top-tier international bank.
