Role Overview

Hema's Enterprises is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee and coordinate various phases of machine building projects. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards, providing customer technical support, and managing the entire lifecycle of projects from inception to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as engineering, procurement, construction, and installation contractors.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety guidelines throughout the construction phases of assigned projects.
• Offer technical assistance and solutions to customers related to machine building.
• Formulate comprehensive project plans including detailed schedules, budgets, and progress tracking mechanisms.
• Oversee projects from initial concept through to commissioning, ensuring they are completed within timeframes and meet quality benchmarks.
