Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for Projects to join a leading Building Materials and Hardware manufacturing company based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be a Graduate or Civil Engineer with 5 to 10 years of proven experience as an Area Sales Manager in the building materials or hardware industry. This role demands initiating and fostering new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeted at key projects within the organization.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively to meet organizational targets.
- Oversee and guide a sales team, ensuring efficient team handling and performance.
- Engage in contract negotiations and effectively close sales deals.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in project sales within the building materials or hardware sector.
- Strong leadership skills to handle and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation and client management capabilities.
Eligibility
