Assistant Manager

Job Overview

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing and operating all equipment and ensuring smooth store operations at the Easton, PA location.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate all required equipment effectively within the store.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage locations including work areas and walk-in coolers.
• Prepare food products according to store standards.
• Receive and process orders via telephone efficiently and accurately.
• Perform inventory counts and complete necessary documentation related to stock.
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning both equipment and the entire facility on a near-daily basis.
• Deliver food products by vehicle and personally to customers' doorsteps within the designated delivery area.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers as designated.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong arithmetic skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, with the ability to use a calculator when needed.
• Capability to make correct monetary change quickly and accurately.
• Effective verbal, written, and telephone communication skills to take and process customer orders.
• Good hand-eye coordination to perform tasks with speed and precision.
• Competence using computer keyboards or touch screens for entering orders.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions correctly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers and co-workers both in-person and over the phone.
• Good navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within delivery boundaries.
• Physical ability to navigate various terrains, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying food products.
