Key Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations efficiently, stepping in during the General Manager's absence.
• Guide and direct team members to meet operational goals and uphold policies.
• Engage hands-on by assisting with food preparation to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Ensure training completion and adherence to company procedures among staff.
• Perform cash management duties, including register and safe counts.
• Handle inventory oversight and place supply orders as needed.
• Keep the facility clean and sanitized following company standards.
• Participate actively in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and employee training.
• Coach and develop staff to enhance performance during shifts.
• Verify timesheets for accuracy while monitoring labor costs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Have at least six months experience as a Shift Manager or Assistant Manager in a restaurant setting.
• Hold a valid Driver’s License.
• Certified in ServSafe® or Prometric/NEHA food safety programs.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Reliable personal transportation is necessary.

Preferred candidates will have prior experience in fast food operations. A college degree is advantageous. Ideal applicants are enthusiastic, energetic, detail-oriented, capable of multitasking effectively, and display leadership qualities to motivate team members.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time role typically requiring work across five days per week. Shift times vary according to operational needs.
