Role Overview
We are seeking a highly confident and proactive Assistant Manager to join Shinsung Petrochemical at our Gummidipoondi facility. The Assistant Manager will oversee a broad spectrum of administrative functions including building maintenance, vendor coordination, and security management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage various administrative tasks ensuring smooth organizational operations.
- Drive organizational and change management initiatives effectively.
- Manage and maintain the physical infrastructure of buildings to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of daily duties and procedures.
- Coordinate vendor relationships, housekeeping, and security management to uphold workplace standards.
