About Nirmal Industrial Controls
Established in 1973, Nirmal Industrial Controls has been a pioneer in Self-Actuated Pressure Control Valves and allied Process Control Systems. The company serves a global clientele across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Pharmaceutical industries. Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the Process & Gas Business Unit portfolio across specified international markets and take charge of sales including products, systems, skid sales, and related business development.
- Achieve or surpass financial targets aligned with Nirmal's business objectives.
- Evaluate Requests for Quotations (RFQs) from commercial, technical, and operational perspectives and participate in bid evaluations and preparation of technical proposals for management approval.
- Convert RFQs into purchase orders or contracts and facilitate order entry processing.
- Collaborate with sales and legal teams to ensure due diligence, legal conformity, and commercial compliance.
- Engage early with FEED, end users, Gas Transmission & Distribution companies, skid integrators, OEMs, and EPC entities, influencing specifications and negotiating terms and conditions.
- Work closely with sales and cross-functional teams to expedite RFQ response times and maximize conversion rates.
- Develop strategies to grow Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) and life cycle services, enhancing revenue and profitability from existing installations.
- Prepare and present marketing forecasts, pricing analyses, competitor intelligence, and country-specific marketing plans.
- Lead the formulation of strategic approaches for winning projects and support export pursuits to maximize order conversion potential.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with senior client management to promote awareness of Process & Gas Business Unit capabilities.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by addressing client requirements effectively.
- Organize and deliver training sessions, including ‘Lunch & Learn’ events, virtually or in-person for key customers.
- Participate in industry trade fairs, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
- Stay current on product innovations, industry dynamics, and market trends.
- Utilize CRM Cloud efficiently as the primary platform to monitor sales activity.
- Ensure business activity documentation complies with Nirmal’s record retention policies.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Possession of an MBA degree is an added advantage.
- Proven history of meeting sales targets, driving business growth, and nurturing customer relationships.
- Hands-on selling experience targeting Oil & Gas Transmission & Distribution, Refining, Petrochemical, Chemical, LNG Terminals, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, and Food & Beverage sectors, including work with skid integrators, OEMs, FEED, and EPC firms.
- Expertise in value and technical selling within Hydrocarbon, LNG, Chemical, and Power process industries.
- Strong business insight and commercial understanding.
- Effective communication skills emphasizing business value propositions.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, and Webex platforms.
Eligibility
Candidates should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
