Role Summary
The Assistant Manager Hygiene will ensure the hotel's hygiene standards are consistently upheld. This role involves testing Food and Beverage items at various stages including supply, storage, processing, and service to meet microbiological safety criteria.
Candidate Qualifications
Applicants should possess a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management. A minimum of two years of experience working as a Hygiene Executive or Assistant Manager Hygiene in a hotel or major restaurant with established hygiene practices is required.
