The Assistant Manager position supports the General Manager and acts as the primary leader on a daily basis within the restaurant environment. The role focuses on driving sales, ensuring a great customer experience, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and upholding the quality of products served.
Qualifications
- At least two years of supervisory experience within the quick service restaurant industry.
- Completion of high school education is required.
- A motivated attitude with the eagerness to develop professionally.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
