Responsibilities

• Support store management by leading the retail team effectively.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder positions preferred.
• Proven ability to influence key performance indicators and deliver results.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong organizational capabilities and aptitude for problem-solving.
• Availability to work a seven-day rotating shift schedule including weekends and bank holidays.
• Comfort with fast-paced retail environments and multitasking.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems, inventory management, and software tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
