About the Company
An established Indian manufacturer specializing in castings, machining, assembly, and customized production of Cast Iron and Ductile Iron auto parts for both domestic and international markets. The company operates as a division of a distinguished 90+ year-old enterprise with integrated manufacturing plants in Maharashtra and Gujarat. Facilities include nine high-pressure molding lines and advanced machining centers such as CNC, VMC, and HMC.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical maintenance operations within foundry settings including induction furnaces, molding lines (HPML and automatic), sand plants, and utility systems like compressors.
- Maintain and ensure the reliable performance of electrical equipment to minimize operational downtime and enhance productivity.
- Supervise and guide a team of electricians to meet daily operational targets and maintenance goals.
- Design and implement preventive maintenance programs aimed at reducing equipment malfunctions and failures.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to address challenges in electricity supply chain management.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates should possess a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering or a diploma in Electrical Engineering.
