Hetero Labs Limited, located in Hyderabad, Telangana, is a prominent manufacturing and pharmaceutical company seeking a skilled finance professional.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience specializing in manufacturing finance. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling MIS, costing, banking, treasury, taxation, compliance, audits, and business finance support with practical knowledge of SAP ECC or S4 HANA. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, profit and loss statements, and overall financial reports.
  • Analyze sales figures, profitability metrics, product costing, margins, and pricing strategies.
  • Conduct variance and contribution margin analyses to support financial planning.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly financial statements.
  • Develop stock statements and calculate drawing powers to facilitate banking transactions.
  • Monitor receivables, payables, and manage working capital efficiently.
  • Coordinate loan processing, renewals, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  • Manage treasury facilities including foreign currency demand loans (FCDL) and packing credit in foreign currency (PCFC).
  • Prepare financial facility reports (FFR) and reporting for lenders.
  • Oversee forex exposure and hedge coverage, coordinate forward and option contracts along with necessary documentation.
  • Prepare reports on unhedged foreign currency exposures (UFCE).
  • Support advance tax computations and plan accordingly.
  • Coordinate tax audits, GST compliance, and respond to tax notices.
  • Ensure adherence to DPT-3, MSME, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing, including inventory valuation and accounting provisions.
  • Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits, and facilitate audit certifications and reconciliations.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, rating agencies, and consultancy firms to provide financial information for credit ratings and lender reviews.
  • Administer SAP ECC/S4 HANA transactions, maintain master data accuracy, and perform reconciliations.
  • Support ERP implementation, migration, and continual process enhancement.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Strong expertise in manufacturing finance and product costing.
  • Experience in MIS reporting, P&L management, and variance analysis.
  • Hands-on knowledge in banking, treasury management, and working capital supervision.
  • Sound understanding of audit, financial reporting, and compliance processes.
  • Familiarity with GST, Income Tax, DPT-3 filings, and MSME regulatory filings.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and SAP ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities coupled with strong stakeholder management skills.
