Key Responsibilities

• Engage with local patrons to foster community connections and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist the Publican by overseeing smooth, safe, and vibrant daily operations.
• Develop leadership skills by managing a dedicated hospitality team.
• Proactively address challenges to prevent operational issues.
• Consistently deliver high energy, excellent service, and a positive environment on every shift.

Physical Requirements

This position requires active physical involvement, including manual handling tasks such as moving stock, kegs, and deliveries. Candidates must be capable of performing these duties safely and efficiently.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in bar, bistro, or gaming room environments, including some supervisory exposure.
• Has been mentored by effective managers and is prepared to assume leadership responsibilities.
• Possesses confidence, pride, and strong interpersonal skills to represent the venue in the Publican's absence.
• Holds current RSA and RSG/RCG certifications as required by state regulations.
