Key Responsibilities
As Assistant Manager, your presence will be vital on the restaurant floor. Collaborating closely with the General Manager, you'll oversee shifts confidently, coach and inspire your team members, and ensure every customer enjoys a memorable dining experience. You'll be instrumental in achieving key performance indicators, driving sales growth, and managing daily operations efficiently to make our restaurant a preferred destination.
Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership capabilities, having previously excelled in supervisor or team leader positions within fast-paced settings.
- High enthusiasm and energy, thriving under the dynamic pace of busy shifts and with a talent for motivating colleagues.
- A strong commercial acumen with a sound understanding of sales boosting and smooth operational processes.
- Exceptional people skills with a natural ability to communicate and cultivate a positive, inclusive team atmosphere.
