Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing station store operations
• Help with hiring, supervising, and guiding staff to complete daily activities
• Manage bookkeeping and merchandising tasks
• Maintain high service standards, providing fast and friendly customer service
• Ensure dependable, regular onsite attendance
• Execute the company's food program to maintain high-quality offerings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail environments
• Previous supervisory or management roles
• Skills in recruiting, hiring, and interviewing
• Food handling experience
• Possession of a high school diploma or college degree

Physical Requirements

• Standing or walking for up to 8 hours per shift
• Lifting or carrying up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes during a shift
• Occasional lifting or carrying of up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Pushing or pulling with arms using a force of up to 20 pounds
• Bending at the waist with twisting motions for up to one hour per shift
• Using hands for grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects, which may require eye-hand coordination and occasionally climbing a ladder

Compensation

Salary range for this position is $16.00 to $19.50 per hour.
