Role Summary

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the operation of an individual Panda store. Your duties will encompass hiring, managing, and guiding staff to meet financial targets and uphold outstanding guest service. To prepare you, we offer over three weeks of paid leadership training.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to relocate to a store within 50 miles of residence if necessary
  • Availability to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands
  • Certification in Food Safety (ServSafe)

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This position involves work in hot, steamy kitchen environments with noise and limited space. Employees must be able to stand for extended periods (up to four hours), lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks requiring precision and speed. Effective communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, often fast-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally are essential.

Compensation
