About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of a single restaurant, including hiring and managing staff, meeting financial targets, and ensuring outstanding guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the operation and management of one store location.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

- Food Safety certification, specifically Serve Safe.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The role involves working in hot kitchen environments with steam and food vapors, standing for extended periods (up to four hours), and lifting items up to 50 pounds. Use of kitchen tools like Chinese cook knives is required, and the pace is fast with high noise levels. Effective communication, adaptability to changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts are essential.
