Assistant Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Manager to drive the success and growth of our Chick-fil-A location. This leader will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, developing and guiding their team, and maintaining operational excellence to ensure both customers and employees have outstanding experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Implement and manage in-store sales and marketing initiatives.
• Engage in external marketing activities to promote the store.
• Maintain inventory control measures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess or be willing to obtain a Class E driver's license.
• Successfully pass a background check.
• Physical ability to lift items heavier than 75 pounds.
