Primary Responsibilities
- Formulate labor demand strategies for the production department in collaboration with Industrial Engineering (IE).
- Work closely with Human Resources to expedite recruitment efforts aligning with production labor requirements.
- Design and implement training programs aimed at continuous employee skill enhancement.
- Manage employee attendance to maintain a consistent and stable production workforce.
- Oversee the buffer team to effectively address flexible labor demands throughout the plant.
