Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and set recruitment priorities.
- Establish and maintain talent pipelines through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.
- Facilitate recruitment for both Direct Labor (DL) and Indirect Labor (IDL) roles.
- Track recruitment progress and maintain hiring-related key performance indicators.
- Manage daily HR operations encompassing the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave management, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Ensure employee records and HR databases are accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with payroll and finance departments to align HR data relevant to payroll.
- Generate regular HR and manpower reports for management review.
- Assist in the deployment and enhancement of HR systems and processes.
- Coordinate the performance evaluation cycle, supporting managers in goal and KPI setting.
- Monitor performance reviews with managers and employees, aiding performance improvement plans and employee development efforts.
- Execute additional duties as assigned by senior management.
Candidate Profile
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or an allied discipline.
- Four to seven years of pertinent experience in human resources.
- Prior exposure to manufacturing, factory, or industrial work environments is advantageous.
- Solid practical experience in recruitment and HR generalist operations.
- Knowledge and involvement in performance appraisal and management cycles.
- Comprehensive understanding of Indian HR regulations and employment laws.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and problem-resolution capacity.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Competency using Microsoft Office applications.
