Role and Key Responsibilities

The Assistant General Manager will lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing quality leveraging lean six sigma approaches. The role involves overseeing process control and ensuring product screenings adhere to internal standards while managing non-conformities and enforcing timely responses. The candidate will implement PDCA cycles to facilitate seamless new product development through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role includes driving automation in process quality inspections in line with our digital transformation strategy. Maintaining elevated customer satisfaction by upholding a stringent quality system, analyzing root causes, and deploying corrective measures in response to client complaints is critical. Coordination with various teams for plant assessment and comprehensive documentation is also expected.
