Role Overview

The Assistant Fresh Manager position provides a valuable entry point into an engaging and rewarding career at Woolworths Group. Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute actively to daily department functions and collaborate across store teams to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers and a supportive work environment for staff.

  • Maintain safety as a top priority by strictly adhering to established procedures to protect both team members and shoppers.
  • Support department team members by developing a solid understanding of operations and contributing to smooth day-to-day activities.

Work Schedule

Typical roster: Tuesday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the option to work a flexible four-day workweek that balances business needs and personal wellbeing.
