Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper to plan staff requirements strategically, aligning labor use with business demands and peak seasons.
• Develop annual budgets for both housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Support management of the entire housekeeping and laundry departments throughout the hotel.
• Perform regular inspections across all housekeeping zones alongside other supervisors.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in public areas, guest spaces, and back-of-house sections consistently.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly observed.
• Verify that all housekeeping personnel adhere to the established departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Laundry SOPs (LSOPs).
