  • Support internal process enhancements and technical training within the laboratory environment.
  • Compile and review test documentation for R&D activities, production checks, and project submissions.
  • Assess test results relative to specifications, investigate discrepancies, and manage repeat or verification testing as needed.
  • Communicate quality-related findings to production and project teams and support corrective and preventive measures.
  • Assist with site testing tasks, including International Roughness Index (IRI) and GripTester measurements.
  • Coordinate site testing logistics, compile and analyze data, and help prepare reports.
  • Provide technical support for project teams on material quality and pavement performance challenges.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • A keen interest in asphalt technology, construction materials, lab testing, and applied research.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A responsible, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and work collaboratively across lab, production, and project teams.
  • Experience in asphalt, construction material testing, or QA/QC is beneficial but not essential.
