About the Role
We seek an Assistant Counter Manager to support the daily operations of our new Arnotts concession. Reporting to the Business Manager, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards and smooth functioning of the counter.

You will blend your expert artistry skills with extensive product knowledge and a genuine passion for fostering meaningful customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Business Manager in meeting all relevant business targets for the counter
- Help conduct monthly reviews to set objectives, monitor progress, and provide timely feedback during daily and monthly meetings
- Inspire and motivate your team to achieve performance goals
- Proactively handle poor performance, attendance, or conduct issues according to company policies
- Ensure team members are fully trained to handle sales transactions with accuracy and aligned with company procedures
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and share this expertise with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Motivate team members through ongoing training, coaching, and follow-up support
- Maintain consistent activity and momentum on the counter
- Support merchandising, visual display setup, marketing standards, and stock replenishment in the store
- Assist with accurate physical inventory counts as assigned
- Adhere to all safety and emergency procedures
- Identify and address potential loss prevention issues
- Perform a manual stock count every two weeks
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in a supervisory, team lead, or assistant management role within luxury beauty retail
- Strong leadership and clear communication capabilities
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate and inspire others
- Meticulous attention to detail, flexibility, and determination
- Committed to fulfilling all business needs with a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working under pressure while applying creative problem-solving skills
