Role Overview
This full-time, on-site Assistant position located in Midnapore involves managing day-to-day administrative duties including scheduling, meeting coordination, record keeping, and supporting communication via email and telephone. The role entails preparing simple documents, monitoring tasks and deadlines, and ensuring effective interactions between internal staff and external contacts. Additional responsibilities include office organization, handling inquiries, and assisting with minor projects. The ideal candidate is detail-focused, reliable, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks, follows directions carefully, and maintains confidentiality when working closely with leadership.
Qualification Requirements
- Proven organizational and time management skills including managing schedules, tracking tasks, and keeping records systematic.
- Strong verbal and written communication, able to manage professional correspondence through emails, phone calls, and face-to-face discussions.
- Basic proficiency with computers and office software such as word processors, spreadsheets, email clients, and online calendar tools.
- Meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy in document preparation and procedure adherence.
- Capacity to operate effectively on-site in Midnapore, multitask, and provide daily support with minimal supervision.
- High ethical standards with discretion and respect for confidentiality in all professional dealings.
- Previous experience in an assistant or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
