Job description
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and engaging Assistant Counter Manager to support the Store Manager in driving the success of the MAC counter at Dundrum. This role involves leading, mentoring, and nurturing a team of Sales Associates to meet and exceed sales, customer service, and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Business Manager will play a hands-on role in coaching the team, helping develop their skills and performance while contributing to the overall store operations.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in retail, ideally within the cosmetics sector.
- Ability to deliver exceptional, personalized customer service with an inspiring and genuine approach.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills, including a history of coaching and mentoring staff to reach sales and service objectives.
- Familiarity with retail operations such as inventory control and cash handling.
- Availability to work flexible retail shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using retail point-of-sale systems.
- Competency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Proof of eligibility to live and work in Ireland is required when called for an interview.
