Role Overview
The Assistant Business Manager is pivotal in guaranteeing smooth day-to-day organizational functions through effective management of administrative duties, financial coordination, employee supervision, and facilitating internal communications.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations along with administrative processes to ensure seamless workflow.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and maintain the company’s scheduling system.
- Oversee inventory of office supplies, maintain facilities, and liaise with vendors.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and proper documentation standards.
- Monitor and manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Review bookkeeping activities and reconcile financial data for accuracy.
- Support budget preparation and departmental expense tracking.
- Collaborate with accountants regarding invoicing, payroll operations, and financial statements.
- Act as a communication bridge between staff members and senior leadership.
- Prepare and oversee official correspondence, reports, and minutes of meetings.
- Manage sensitive documents confidentially and maintain well-ordered records.
- Address and resolve administrative issues within the workplace promptly.
- Support recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding.
- Contribute to employee training and orientation initiatives.
- Track attendance, monitor staff performance, and maintain workplace discipline.
- Assist in implementing employee performance assessments and engagement activities.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Strong abilities in organization and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge in finance and bookkeeping practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Leadership capabilities with experience in managing teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with ERP/CRM software platforms.

- Operations: Attainment of 95% or higher task completion rates according to schedules.
- Finance: Accuracy in managing Accounts Payable/Receivable and timely reconciliations.
- Communication: Prompt responsiveness to internal communications.
