Role Overview

The Assistant Branch Manager will report directly to the Branch Manager and serve as their representative on the sales floor. This pivotal role includes implementing new initiatives, providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales growth, and enhancing the overall branch experience through team leadership and branch presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to boost sales and enhance store performance.
• Lead and coordinate daily staff activities promoting a positive team culture.
• Deliver excellent customer service and offer precise advice on products.
• Handle retail and trade sales operations efficiently.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of branch cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Foster a safety-first culture, emphasizing workplace safety practices routinely.

Work Schedule

Work hours are Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5:30 PM, totaling 43.5 hours per week.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity is essential.
• Minimum two years’ experience in retail or a related trade field.
• Automotive product knowledge preferred, or willing to learn.
• Strong communication skills suitable for multiple organizational levels.
• A positive attitude and a friendly demeanor that fosters teamwork.
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
