About Repco and the Role

This role is based in Kerikeri, Northland, New Zealand, and offers a chance to step into a leadership position at a busy branch.
Working Schedule
The position requires working Tuesday through Saturday, totaling 42.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in boosting sales and enhancing store performance.
- Organize and motivate daily staff activities to foster a positive team culture.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by aiding customers in selecting appropriate products.
- Handle retail and trade sales transactions accurately.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both key customers and team members.
- Ensure the branch maintains high standards of presentation.
- Enforce adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Promote a safety-first culture to ensure the wellbeing of all employees, emphasizing safe practices.
Please note that the role involves physical activity including lifting, bending, and climbing.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in supervisory or leadership roles.
- At least two years of experience in retail or a related trade sector.
- Familiarity with automotive products is preferred, although willingness to learn is accepted.
- Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
- A friendly, positive demeanor and excellent attention to detail.
