Role Overview

The Assistant position in Chandigarh is a full-time, on-location job supporting everyday store operations. Duties include engaging with customers on the sales floor by providing detailed product information and aiding with fittings or selections. Inventory responsibilities include shelf stocking, display arrangement, and monitoring product availability. Additionally, the role encompasses billing management, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and adhering to company policies while collaborating with the store team to achieve sales goals and back promotional events, all ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Effective interpersonal and customer service skills to interact professionally with shoppers and address queries.
• Basic understanding of retail sales operations such as billing, cash handling, and assisting in promotions.
• Organizational skills to maintain stock levels, visual merchandising, and store tidiness.
• Clear proficiency in English and local languages with strong communication and teamwork aptitude.
• Previous experience in retail or apparel sales is helpful though not compulsory.
