About the Role
Hibernian Recruitment is collaborating with a reputable financial services company in Galway City to find an experienced Asset Manager specializing in residential loans. This permanent position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring three days onsite, along with a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
You will oversee a portfolio of residential loans, engaging with borrowers to negotiate and implement viable restructuring and settlement solutions. Additionally, you will advance cases aligned with established recovery strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- At least five years of experience in debt management, restructuring, or loan workout roles
- Mandatory APA qualification related to Housing Loans
- Proficient negotiation and credit evaluation abilities combined with strong relationship management skills
- Solid understanding of CCMA (Central Credit Register Act), CPC (Consumer Protection Code), and MCC (Mortgage Credit Directive)
- Experience handling primary residence home loans is considered a plus
