About the Role
We are seeking entry-level Associate Battery Assembly Technicians to join the River factory located in Hoskote, Bengaluru. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-1 year of production line experience and educational qualifications of Diploma or ITI.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate electric vehicle battery production machinery, ensuring accurate assembly of battery components with attention to detail.
- Carry out quality control monitoring throughout the assembly process to maintain high standards.
- Meet daily production target quotas while adhering rigorously to safety procedures.
- Utilize hand tools such as torque wrenches and tightening devices effectively within the assembly line.
- Communicate promptly and accurately with line supervisors to report any production or assembly issues.
Eligibility and Requirements
- 0 to 1 year of hands-on experience on production lines.
- Educational background of Diploma or ITI.
- Familiarity with assembly components and basic knowledge of 5S workplace organization methodology.
- Good communication skills for effective reporting and coordination.
