Role Overview

The Assembly Table Assistant plays a vital role in supporting production by assembling materials and components according to detailed work orders and specifications. This position involves performing repetitive tasks in a collaborative team setting to guarantee accurate, efficient, and safe product assembly. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-focused, and comfortable working in fast-paced production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with assembling materials and components following work instructions and specifications.
• Receive and follow directions from supervisors or team leads to facilitate production processes.
• Carry out repetitive assembly tasks utilizing hand tools and equipment.
• Position, align, and secure materials to adhere to required specifications.
• Operate basic machinery or equipment as trained and needed.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Strictly adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Support colleagues in meeting production deadlines and goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tool usage.

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production settings preferred.

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and occasionally pushing or moving up to 110 lbs.
• Able to work in environments with machinery noise, dust, and varying conditions.
• Flexibility to work extended hours according to production demands.
