Join Quikserv as an Assembler responsible for connecting parts and assembling products according to detailed instructions. This role contributes to the smooth operation of manufacturing processes by ensuring quality and efficiency in assembly tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble products by connecting parts following exact instructions.
• Learn additional roles such as deburring and finishing to provide backup support when needed.
• Help with boxing and crating products as required.
• Participate in daily and scheduled cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean work environment.
• Ensure productivity levels meet company standards continuously.
• Attend monthly safety trainings and actively support all company safety programs.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• One to two years of relevant experience or education, preferably in construction or sheet metal work.
• Familiarity with using both power and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Successful completion of background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Capable of standing for extended periods.
• Perform activities such as walking, bending, lifting, pulling, pushing, and climbing ladders.
• Work in a well-ventilated environment that is not air-conditioned.
