Role Overview

The Asia Strategy Consultant plays a pivotal role in personalizing academic and extracurricular plans, aiding students to bridge current achievements with future ambitions. This position requires close collaboration with students and the Crimson tutoring and mentoring teams to craft long-term educational roadmaps and provide insights into university admissions landscapes across Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Japan, and the UAE.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop tailored admission strategies and individualized roadmaps for students, continuously assessing progress.
• Coordinate with other Crimson specialists to implement comprehensive student plans.
• Remain well-versed in high school curricula, extracurriculars, leadership opportunities, summer programs, and standardized testing to guide admissions planning.
• Advise students and families on suitable higher education institutions by analyzing competition levels and fit to optimize acceptance chances.
• Lead formal consulting sessions, document session notes and action points via the Crimson App, and maintain consistent communication through multiple channels.
• Contribute to sales and marketing by assisting with presentations, seminars, and coordinating with sales teams during initial consultations.
• Participate in producing and obtaining approval for internal and client-facing resources, fostering ongoing professional development and quality assurance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from universities in Hong Kong, Singapore, China, UAE, or Japan preferred; advanced qualifications are advantageous.
• Relevant experience in education, coaching, tutoring, or admissions consulting, particularly in the specified regions.
• Strong passion for mentoring young adults and embracing diverse global perspectives.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills, with preferred experience in project or event management.
• Ability to work independently and resiliently under pressure.
